Returning Your Boxes
Once your move is complete, returning your boxes is simple and flexible. We offer one free collection following your relocation please ensure all boxes are ready for collection at this point.
We aim to collect boxes promptly when a team member is in your area. Alternatively, you’re welcome to drop them off at any of our branches during standard opening hours. Please ensure all boxes are flat packed and ready for collection.
*Boxes must be returned in good working order (for example not torn or damp).

We aim to collect them as soon as someone is in your area. Alternatively, you can drop them off at one of our branches during standard opening hours.
Moving Outside The Local Area
If we’ve moved you outside of the local area, you can still return your boxes with ease. Call your local Britannia branch to arrange it.

Please note: your box deposit is deducted from your final 50% payment.
