Prohibited and Restricted Items to Australia:
Shipping to Australia is subject to strict customs regulations. Items like softwood (e.g. wicker, bamboo, cane) and hardwood may be inspected for pests such as wood mites. If found, customs may charge for fumigation, cleaning, or in some cases, destroy the item.
Items with dirt, rust, or dust may also be cleaned or destroyed at the sender’s expense.
Do not ship food, teabags, spices, or other consumables. Alcohol attracts high GST charges, and plants are not permitted.
For a full list of restricted items, please contact us.

General Information About Australia
While famous for its beaches and sunshine, Australia also offers excellent skiing in the Australian Alps from June to September – often with more snow than the Swiss Alps.
Australia’s official symbol is the Commonwealth Coat of Arms, featuring a kangaroo and an emu, both native animals that represent progress, as they cannot easily move backwards. The shield displays symbols of the six Australian states.
Unique wildlife like koalas, platypuses, and echidnas live only in Australia.
Live and Work Permit
Most non-Australian residents will require a permit/visa to live and work there.
